Want to exchange or return a product? It's quick and easy in three steps:

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt and we will take care of it

Contact info@Kymocleaning.com for a return label and send the items along with the completed returns form. We'll ensure the package includes a Track & Trace code and insured shipping.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount
will be back in your bank account within 2-3 working days.

Legal return period and return address
Customers have a legal right to 14-day return period, but with us you can even have your order delivered risk-free returns up to 30 days. Please always contact us first with the completed return form; returns can then be sent to Loosstraat 43, 6924 AC, Loo.
